Important Instructions:
When you purchase your formula, you will be given an energetic dose of the energies in the form of a distance healing. (No physical flower essences will be delivered to you in a bottle.)

The flower essence energies will be available to you immediately (they are sent by a human practitioner through a special distance healing process that crosses time and space).

To receive the essences, take at least a half-hour (but leave up to one hour) in quiet meditation. You can also receive the flower essences at bedtime, while you sleep. Close your eyes, focus on your brow point (the third eye) and ask to receive the flower essences in the order listed above. You can do each essence one at a time. Or, read the flower essence list to yourself first with the intention of receiving the essences in order (this is important if you are going to fall asleep!) - then, relax and let each flow in as it is ready.

As each essence is received, relax and breathe deeply.

You may feel the energy as a gentle expansion, or an actual physical tingling, or a warmth in the crown. Falling asleep while receiving the energies is perfectly normal.
